Julia's boxing journey started in Utrecht, the Netherlands, where she was born and raised. She began boxing at the age of 14, and quickly discovered a natural talent for it. Boxing has given her not only joy, but also confidence, knowing she can stand her ground and deliver a strong punch when needed.
She places great importance on proper technique. Learning how to punch correctly and how to wrap your hands properly is essential to prevent injuries and to train safely and effectively.
At the same time, she believes that coaching is personal. She takes the time to listen to your goals and understand what motivates you. What do you want to achieve? What do you enjoy? Together, you work towards achieving the best possible results.
